An MCA has been filmed dancing with Primary school girl in her school. This comes days after two Kisii MCAs were caught with school girls in their cars. 

It is saddening to note that the leaders that we can entrust for morals values cannot lead by an example. The photo has elicited many reactions with many wanting him arrested.
